Policies
CANCELLATIONS: Things happen, we get it! All appointments cancelled 24 hours in advance will be free of charge. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service amount. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid. For emergency situations, please text ASAP.
NO SHOWS: We respect your time, and kindly ask that you respect ours in return. When you no-show your appointment, we are unable to fill that space. No show appointments will result in a 100% charge equal to the amount of service booked. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid.
Returns & Exchanges
We allow exchanges of unopened products up to one week post purchase date.
We do not offer refunds for any product, or service received ever.
In the event of an exchange of an unopened product, to a product that is cheaper, a salon credit will be applied only.
